Enrollment Procedure
1. Make an appointment to visit our school. We are a small school and have visitors, rather than give tours. You will come on a day and time when school is in session so you can see the current school children and meet the staff; we want you can see the school in action and we want to see how your child relates to our students and teachers.
If we do not have time to answer your questions during your visit you may email or schedule a phone appointment in order to have a more uninterrupted conversation.
2. If you feel Oasis is the school for you submit your application. Give as much information as you can.
3. Once we have the application we will review your responses and let you know within a few days whether or not we have a spot for your child.
4. If you decide to enroll, a spot will be reserved for your child only after you have submitted the signed contract and paid the material’s fee. This is a non-refundable deposit. Note; you are not on our enrollment list until this has been done. If you should change your mind at a later time you forfeit the deposit.
6. We do not keep a waiting list. We do not enroll on a first come, first served basis, but try to find the best fit for our currently enrolled students, compatibility of our program’s style with your child and family. We hope our students and families will be with us for several years and become good friends.
