2. 4X20 duck stance leg press
3. 5X8 sumo deadlifts
4. 4.X8 banded hip thrusts
5. SS the hip thrusts (no rest between exercises) with kettle bell deadlifts 4X8
6. 4X12 kettlebell sumo squats
CARDIO:
20 minutes incline speed walk on incline 10
