Healthy Paleo Brownies Recipe

A healthier brownie that is paleo/gluten free but don’t be fooled! These are incredibly moist with an intense chocolate flavor!

Ingredients:
2 c chopped medjool dates
2 tb hot water
1/2 c raw honey
2 ts vanilla extract
1 tb baking powder
1/2 tb baking soda
1 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa
1/4 ts sea salt
2 room temperature eggs
1/2 c coconut oil or unsweetened applesauce
Melted dark chocolate {optional}

    I just made these for the second time. I love the recipe, it's such a good combo of everything. I do suggest blending the date mixture, after it sits, in a food processor. It made the biggest difference . The first time when I just had the dates chopped, the brownie was sweet in some spots but very rich cocoa flavor in others. This time it's all so perfectly balanced & not chunky. Again, I Love the recipe! I'll probably make these once a week forever. 💗

    Wow , these are amazing, perfect taste and texture, & most importantly super healthy 😍 , next time i'm exchanging some of the cocoa with whole wheat flour, coz i felt that its flavour was a bit strong
