    I absolutely agree with him.. My chronic pain got so much better after cutting out dairy and grain!! I've always hated processed foods.

    You leave out essential food groups in a Paleo diet. How can anyone think this is good for you

    Don't know if this will get back to chef Brian but I would suggest ditching the aluminum cookware. If you cook anything acidic you leach the aluminum into the food.

    There is waaay too much human processing in the food I eat, that's why stopped chewing food altogether and started swallowing my vegetables whole.

    I have disgust for slaw. But his kale slaw i would actually really like, never thought i would say id like slaw. Its all becAuse of the dressing. All slaw i have seen has had that nasty white cum mayo sauce on it. Blegghh

    I'm not even vegetarian but meat is not good for you at all, accept that. The paleo diet is often way too high in meat and meat consumption promotes weight gain and diabetes (amongst other diseases). Stay away from modified food all you want, but being afraid of grains while eating cardio-vascular cancer nuggets doesn't make any sense.
