- They are working on themselves and have some practice in introspection and self-evaluation.
- They are confident of themselves as guides and able to let the children explore and make mistakes without shame and blame.
- They are not threatened by a child’s curiosity or questioning of their ideas.
- They are able to be aware of the emotional climate in the group or the individual and can work to restore harmony and good feelings.
- But really, here at Oasis everyone is a teacher and everyone is a learner.
