    So much for love and compassion. Honestly, veganism is something 1st world countries and afford to do. More than half the planet is not first world. A lot of things are going on and we are destroying our planet. While I am all for eating less meat due to its contribution to the greenhouse effect, trying to get everyone to go vegan is not the way to go. Fucking up the balance is how we got to this point in the first place. There is nothing wrong with eating meat and eating meat does not make anyone pro animal torture. I mean really, with all the advocates of acceptance coming from the vega community, I'm disappointed with how close minded this comment section seems. There's not such thing as my way is the right way. Veganism isn't something that was done before throughout human history so we don't know how it affects the ecosystem (yes, eating more plants than we used to will have an impact on the environment). I mean, the industrial revolution sounds like a brilliant idea until it became the biggest contributor to global warming. All I'm saying is, get off your high horses and coexist with the people around you. Being a snob doesn't make you right. Opinions exist for a reason.

    Since "paleo" n keto cannot have real carbs, im looking at some of these videos hoping they have some "faux carbs" in them and get ideas but no, they're pretty straight forward. Apparently the only option for faux carbs I found is "cauliflower rice"…was hoping for others…btw I was surprised these girls did sweet potatoes. Maybe that's where they differ from keto.

    So sad how people have disconnected from each other 😔 I am a former vegan who is now vegetarian for 2 reasons 1.I had negative reactions from synthetic b12" supplements" and 2 I wanted to remove myself from the vegan cult mentality" .The comments I've read and heard from some vegans are sickening.FACT All factory farming should be banned! It is a horrific industry and people need to be aware that they are eating the flesh of many diseased, unhealthy animals that have been pumped with antibiotics and hormones.Free range is NOT organic , do not be deceived . Those who choose to consume animal products should be consuming only biodynamic organic prpduce, yes more expensive but no one should be gorging themselves with animal products anyway, we only need a very small amount of b12 .To those who foolishly and arrogantly believe they are truly vegans I suggest you think again if you own a bike or car (educate yourselves about animal byproducts used in tyres) and many sentient beings have lost their lives in the harvesting of wheat and other non animal produce) Also please stop repeating stupid comments to non vegans like "you're eating a chicken period" or stop sucking on animal teets" anyone who comments things like this needs a good therapist more than a vegan diet.The aim is to educate NOT segregate. Peace out

    My kind of breakfast is veggie with tofu, well I have Dairy and other foods allergies.
    Question: The Butter that you are using is it Vegan?

    I like you girls are doing this for your body but seriously I hope you eat more than just that like I need ALOT of veggies and at least a snack to keep myself going I tend to get so hungry I almost pass out and believe me… I DRINK A LOT OF WATER! Anyway good for you just make sure you get enough calories… especially if you workout …

    paleo has saved my life twice i went off of it for a while then went vegan/vegetarian but got really sick went back and i feel better again
