A long awaited recipe video! Sorry about the bad quality… I really wanted to make a banana bread & film a video, so I used the remaining tiny little bit of battery in my camera and filmed this video. It decided to die at last so I filmed some clip with my iPhone 6s (yes I’m a grandma) hope the quality is still OKAY?

A very easy banana bread recipe using minimal ingredients. It is healthy – sugar free, gluten free, paleo, entirely fruit sweetened… perfect for the health conscious you!

Ingredients:
3 eggs
4 bananas
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 cups almond meal (you can use almond flour, but meal is cheaper in Hong Kong)
1/2 tablespoon baking soda

That’s it! 5 ingredients. Can you believe how easy it is?
