Usually I make lamb keema, our family’s favourite dish. Today I show you how to make egg keema, a very very tasty mouthwatering recipe.
2 tsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seed
1/2 inch cinnamon
1 star anise
1 onion chopped
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tomato chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Boil , peel and chop the eggs , keep it aside.
Heat ghee in a pan add the spices and add onion, ginger garlic paste and green chilli with salt , saute for 3 mins.
Add tomato and saute.
Add the masala powders mix well.
Add the chopped eggs and mix gently.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with any rice items and with chapathi.
