These flaxseed wraps (flaxseed tortillas) are tender and soft from the flaxseeds, crunchy from the vegetables, and so easy to make. They are great as a savory breakfast, or just as a quick, portable lunch. They are also vegan, paleo, and keto friendly.

These low-carb wraps will revolutionize your meal prep. That’s something I don’t say lightly. After making my first batch of these low-carb tortillas a few years ago, I was hooked. I have used them to wrap up pretty much anything I could think of. Some of my favorite fillings to date are hummus with alfalfa sprouts, guacamole with tomatoes, marinated tempeh strips with cucumbers and bell peppers, black bean dip with spinach and cilantro, the list could go on and on . . .

    you should have given the measurements in the video. but i followed the website's measurements and the tortilla's stuck to the pan instantly. what did i do wrong?

    Can the wraps be frozen? Also how long would they last in the fridge? Last question, promise 😊. If I add plant milk and maybe vanilla extract, would they turn into crepe? Thanks for the video. It's really great.

    I have learnt a lot from your videos. I found the coconut flour wraps easier to roll out but I prefer the flax meal for weight loss

    I just can't these right. I used flaxmeal that I purchased at the store, because I didn't have anymore whole seeds. I ground it again in my spice grinder, because I wanted to make sure it was fine enough, I know that matters. It still came out so sticky and soft and it stuck to the parchment, I couldn't pull it up whole. I'm so frustrated. Maybe my meal wasn't fresh enough. It clumped together in the spice grinder, it had a lot of moisture. Maybe that was what was wrong. I keep mine in the freezer. Do you know if that matters? I really want to get these right. Flax is so healthy and has almost no carbs and I really want these wraps in my arsenal. I wish that you could come to my house and make some and show me how to do it! Lol! I still have the dough from last nite, I put it in the fridge. Do you know if I can do anything else with it, or should I just throw it out. Thank you for your great recipes. Wish I could get it right!

    I've been making this since I found your recipe, and I love it. However, I normally end up with a shapeless flat bread. What I want to ask is: I read the blog so many times and I can't find the measurement for the water, could anyone please tell me? They are delicious anyway, but I would love to be able to make a tortilla 🙂

    I tried with brown flax seeds with same measurement as mentioned on your blog, but still it was not the way it is seen here. Nor that flexi.

    For anyone in the UK it is 2 thirds of a cup of water not 2 to 3 cups. I made it wrong thinking it meant cups and I know someone else who did the exact same as me. Now I have figured out what went wrong I love making a sandwich with this wrap!!! I added half a teaspoon of garlic powder & onion powder in mine this time and they are lovely!!! Thank you for the recipe!!!
