Healthy Chili Recipe (easy, low carb, paleo)
1 lb grass fed beef (chicken or taker will work too)
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 can diced tomatoes
3/4 cup broth
1/4 cup strong coffee
1 can tomato paste
30-40 minutes simmer
