Hey guys. I’m sharing with you healthy dessert recipes that are 3 ingredients! These are easy low carb paleo recipes that taste good while being good for you 🙂 #paleorecipes #keepupwithliv #healthydesserts

Snicker Bites
dates
almond butter (1/2 tsp per date)
df/sf chocolate chips (1/2 tsp per date)

Mint Cups
1/4 cup coconut butter
1/3 cup df/sf chocolate chips
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
makes 8

Peaches and Cream
1 peach
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
1 tbsp walnuts (or any nuts)

    Since you eat paleo-based, therefore no dairy, how do you get in your calcium intake? I have come across this a lot since I stopped eating dairy, and don't want to become deficient.
