Paleo Deviled Eggs
10 large eggs, hard-boiled
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 tsp. mustard powder
1 tsp. black pepper
Sweet paprika, to taste
Peel eggs, cut in half lengthwise, and separate yolks from whites. Combine egg yolks, onions, garlic, celery, mustard powder, and black pepper. Mix well to form paste.
Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle paprika over eggs and serve.
