You have got to try this recipe! It has so much flavor and comes out really moist:)
I prefer to use dried spices to save time and money (just use half the amount of fresh).
To save time, I split the recipe into 2 loaf pans and cooked it at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
I like pairing this meatloaf with mashed cauliflower or my favorite sweet potato noodles:)
