One such recipe we gonna see today in our Keto / Paleo / lowcarb diet is Bottle gourd cheesy noodle or pasta. Bottle gourd / Lauki is low in carbs and gives you scrumptious taste and one won’t be disappointed for sure and satiate the taste buds.
Using handheld spiraliser, skin peeled bottle gourd is twisted to get strips for preparing noodles.
Cheese – any cheese can be used and I used here gouda and gruyere which is optional.
Bottle gourd – 1 medium sized
Grated cheese – 60 gms
(Mozzarella, Gouda and gruyere)
Oregano – 1 tsp
Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Butter – 1 tblspn
Water – 1 to 2 tblspn
Fresh cream – 1 tblspn
