6 room temp eggs, (divided 1 yolk set aside)
½ cup lard, melted
1 ½ cups almond meal
3 tbsp psyllium husk powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp water (to mix with reserved egg yolk)
sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
