Low Carb Slider Buns, Paleo, Keto Recipe

These low carb rolls are a perfect for anyone on a gluten free, low carb, keto, or paleo diet.
This bread is soft and delicious yet strong enough to hold up against anything you can throw at them.

Recipe Ingredients:
6 room temp eggs, (divided 1 yolk set aside)
½ cup lard, melted
1 ½ cups almond meal
3 tbsp psyllium husk powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp water (to mix with reserved egg yolk)
sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

    I have a lot of almond meal and need to use it up. I'm glad these buns hold up to a juicy burger, that's what I was looking for in a glutenfree bread.

    You're going to save me lots of money. I bought the Schar gluten free "hamburger" buns at 99 cents for a pack of three on clearance. I used them like a bagel with eggs…ect. My supply just ran out. I think my daughter will make these for me and I hope so because I just don't have the time. All of you reading this know that feeling the next day when you ate something wrong. It takes a day to recover.
