These chocolate fudge fat bombs are the perfect AIP snack!

They’re easy to whip up with just a few ingredients and can be enjoyed straight out of the freezer like fudge or as a soft cookie-dough-like treat at room temp.

Oh- and they’re vegan, keto and coconut free!

    Is cacao bad for AIP? I have some organic cacao powder but not sure about it. It’s a superfood, but it might not be so super for me, lol

    have you ever tried carob with coconut oil as a fat bomb? would that taste good with avocado? also woudnt this have no sweetness to it? Or is carob sweet?

    My mouth watered when you cut that in half! 😂Unfortunately, I have found both avocado and carob on the high histamine avoidance lists. I have had histamine issues for decades, but I thought it was limited to my sinuses. It turns out I just had a complete lack of understanding of all the systemwide symptoms. All of the AIP histamine rich foods have really triggered my intolerance to the point of misery. I think the sauerkraut finally pushed me over the edge and I got so sick. I’m going to go back and try to find your histamine video to watch again. Is there just one, Stacy?
