Do you have an autoimmune disease like Alopecia, Arthritis, MS, Celiac, Hashimoto’s, Psoriasis, Grave’s disease, Crohn’s, Ulcerative colitis, Lupus, Type 1 diabetes, Myasthenia Gravis, Addison’s, Endometriosis, Fibromyalgia or Chronic Lyme disease??

Do you have Leaky gut? Brain fog? Fatigue? IBS? Multiple food intolerances? Vague undiagnosed health issues?

The Paleo Autoimmune Protocol, aka AIP has proven potential to reduce or eliminate your symptoms!

I’m Stacey. I’m an ACE certified Health Coach and P.T. as well as a Certified AIP coach through Mickey Trescott and Angie Alt’s practitioner program. (And bartender/ bar manager by night :))

I reversed all symptoms of celiac disease, leaky gut, & chronic fatigue with AIP. I have also suffered from alopecia, anxiety and brain fog which I controlled through diet and lifestyle changes. I feel better now in my 40’s than I ever have in my life!

I started AIP in November 2015 and have learned so much on my journey that I want to share with you! I do AIP without a dishwasher or oven (or microwave!) and on a budget with very little spare time. I truly believe that if I can do AIP then so can you and I want to show you how!

You might also find my channel helpful if you are on the Wahl’s Protocol, Bulletproof Diet, Pegan, Plant Paradox, 21 Day Sugar Detox or Whole30.

I have since been able to reintroduce some nuts, seeds, seed- based spices, etc but I keep my YouTube recipes 100% AIP elimination phase compliant!

Disclaimers: I am not a doctor. My goal is to provide inspiration for how to implement the Autoimmune Protocol after you have personally made the decision to try it. Always work with your physician when making dietary changes that could affect current health conditions, medications, etc.

Yay! Yellow font! Thank you for listening to me :). It is so much easier to read than pink one.
At some point not blended pieces of avocado looked like pistachio. I need to try them.

Is cacao bad for AIP? I have some organic cacao powder but not sure about it. It’s a superfood, but it might not be so super for me, lol

I am allergic to both avocado and coconut and wonder if pumpkin would work?🤔. What do you think?

have you ever tried carob with coconut oil as a fat bomb? would that taste good with avocado? also woudnt this have no sweetness to it? Or is carob sweet?

My mouth watered when you cut that in half! 😂Unfortunately, I have found both avocado and carob on the high histamine avoidance lists. I have had histamine issues for decades, but I thought it was limited to my sinuses. It turns out I just had a complete lack of understanding of all the systemwide symptoms. All of the AIP histamine rich foods have really triggered my intolerance to the point of misery. I think the sauerkraut finally pushed me over the edge and I got so sick. I’m going to go back and try to find your histamine video to watch again. Is there just one, Stacy?

These look great! I tolerate coconut and have a fun candy using carob, but these look great using the avocado! So when will we be seeing your cookbook??? 😉

I recently bought some toasted carob powder. I like the taste and the nutritional profile but the smell… It smells like dirt…
