White Pumpkin Curd rice /Buttermilk Weight Loss Recipe / Paleo diet / Keto diet
White Pumpkin contains Vitamin B, C, Calcium, Potassium, Iron, lots of fiber & also water content. The fiber helps to reduce weight, reduce stomach wound which also helps to increase immunity power. It improves eye Sight and also purify blood.
White Pumpkin (grated) – 1 cup
Curd – 3 tbsp
Red chilli/ Green chilli – 3
Mustard Seed – ½ tsp
Urud dal – ½ tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 stick
Coriander leaves – handful
Mint leaves – 8
Ginger – 2 inch(chopped)
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt to Taste.
To Prepare Pumpkin Recipe
In a bowl, filter grated pumpkin to extract juice.
Keep separate juice & grated pumpkin in a bowl.
Add Curd, pepper, salt, Coriander leaves.
In a saute pan, heat an oil then add mustard seeds to pop.
Add urud dal, red/green chilli, curry leaves to fry.
Add sauted Ingredients with pumpkin & curd.
Finally add coriander leaves & Serve.
For Pumpkin Buttermilk
In a Mixie jar, add ginger, mint, pumpkin juice, curd 1 tbsp, Curry leaves blend well.
Filter the juice then add salt to taste.
Pumpkin Buttermilk is ready to drink.
