How to make gluten free, grain free, paleo tortillas!
1 3/4 Cups Cassava Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
3/4 Tsp Organic Cream of Tartar
1/2 Tsp Himalayan Salt
3 Tbsp Organic Red Palm Shortening
Mix Until Crumbly
2/3 Cup Warm Water
Knead into a Dough
Cut into 8 Pieces
Roll into Rounds
Press each round using tortilla press until thin
Cook Med/High Heat 1 Min per Side
