This sweet potato gnocchi is both gluten-free and paleo and topped with a delicious sage walnut pesto. It’s the perfect hearty and savory meal for fall and I think you’re really going to love it! I actually made extra of the sage walnut pesto, froze it in an ice cube tray (which I show in my Kitchen Gadget video)…and now have plenty for future use on the next gnocchi recipe or zucchini noodle recipe.
