Sweet Potato noodles are a staple of a gluten-free and Paleo diet and something that can either be used as a side dish or in place of pasta or rice noodles (think spaghetti and meatballs or Pad Thai). This short tutorial shows you how to make sweet potato spaghetti using a handy tool called the Spiral Vegetable Slicer (or Spiralizer). You can even eat these on Autoimmune Paleo or Whole30 variations of the Paleo diet.
