Leg Workout-

Hip thrust ( filmed ) x12
Crab walks ( filmed ) x20
x4 sets

Cable kickbacks x14
Cable side kick outs x12
Cable rope pull through x14
x3 sets

Cable squats ( filmed ) x14
Romanian deadlifts dumbbell ( filmed ) x14
x3 sets

Sumo deadlift kettle bell ( filmed ) x14
Sumo squats kettle bell x14
Walking lungees kettle bell x20
x3 sets

Resistance band squat jumps x14
Single leg hip thrust x12e
Plank 1min
x3 sets

PALEO PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES-
Ingredients=
1/2 cup almond meal/flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
cinnamon
1 egg ( sub flax or chia egg for vegan )
1/4 cup honey ( sub maple syrup for vegan )
1/2 cup natural peanut butter ( smooth or crunchy )
tsp vanilla

METHOD=
Preheat oven to 180degrees c
Mix dry ingredients together
Add wet ingredients and mix well
Chill dough in fridge for 30mins ( optional but will make easier to form )
Place cookies on a lined baking tray and back for 10-14mins or until lightly firm and brown
ENJOY! makes 10-12 xxx
