Hello all !

This is a video about paleo weight loss challenge . Due to unforseen circumstances my weight increased from 67 to 77kgs.
I experience heavy foot pain and back pain in recent times. So I decided to loss weight in a healthy way. Hence I have chosen paleo diet. I decided to take this diet for about 50 days.

Today is the Day 1 and I have shared all my meal plan and snack recipes in this video

Important things to note before starting diet..

1. Take tests before taking diet
2.check bmi
3.Drink more water
4.Avoid sleep during daytime
5.stay physically active.

Breakfast – butter tea
lunch _ bottlegaurd curd rice
teatime snack_ guava fruit
