I love sardines and was looking for a new way to prepare them. This recipe is lovely because I can pack a healthy, convenient, and satisfying lunch for my husband. Thank you, Cata!

you eat so dame healthy! you are very lucky, P.S can you show us more dishes with sardines , I realized  that we need tons of fish and omega 3 fat in our diet and in the states we have very low quality fish , and most comes from china , thanks I like fish and sardines from south American ad Europe . keep up the good work.
